Closed die forging: die forging hammers from 1 ton to 5 tons, counter-strike hammers from 16-63 metric tons, friction presses from 300 tons to 1000 tons, 2000 tons precision press, crank presses from 630 tons to 1000 tons, 3150 tons oil hydraulic presses, screw presses from 900 tons to 11000 tons. 4000 tons open die press and 150 tons manipulator, 2500 tons computer integrated open die press and 15 tons manipulator. Open die forging: free forging hammers from 250kg to 3000 tons. To produce axis under 1000kg & free forgings weighted 500kg.

Rolled rings: with 350mm, 1200mm, 2200mm ring rolling machines to roll rings of diameter 100-2200mm within height 250mm or less.

Heat treatment: Full range of specialized heat treatment facilities enable us to supply forgings in the normalized, tempered, water quenched or oil quenched conditions and in addition continuous heat treatment, controlled cooling furnace guarantee our products in high quality
